“Greater Love” 5k Run and Walk event in Surprise is designed to raise 
awareness for foster parenting in Arizona and financially benefit OCJ Kids, a non-profit organization. OCJ connects businesses, the faith community and individuals withfoster kids in group homes by bridging the two communities together to equip these young people to be successful in every area of life.

Who We Support
OCJ Kids was established in 1992 with the mission and vision to,“Help raise teens to be equipped for every good work” through its after school assistance programs. Founders Gary and Tammie Webb’s 
passion was to reach out to the growing population of unsupervised youth aged 12-18 whowere gathering after schoolwith nothing producive to occupy their time and who were being tempted by negative influences, including gangs, drugs, and violent behavior.

Donate to OCJ’s Journey Into Adulthood!
We are asking racers to donate a "new" package of underwear, socks, and bras for high school age children to enter a drawing for prizes. The prizes will be donated from local businesses. The profits will go to purchase any underwear, socks, or bras for the houses OCJ has a relationships with. Proceeds will also support Journey into Adulthood program where adult mentors are trained to help foster children transition into independent living. Click here for more information.
